Morihiro Saito, 9th dan, is one of aikido’s most highly acclaimed teachers and recently celebrated his fiftieth anniversary in the art. He was one of the founder Ueshiba’s closest students and currently operates Ueshiba’s country dojo in Iwama, Ibaragi Prefecture while serving as caretaker of the Aiki Shrine. Saito is well-known internationally due to his numerous technical works and frequent instructional that which have taken him to more than twenty countries.
Ikuko Kimura is the Japanese Editor of Aiki News. Stanley A. Pranin is a 5th degree black and the editor-in-chief of Aiki News/Aikido Journal which he founded in 1974.
