Terms & conditions


Applicability

 

These terms of agreements are applicable when referring to conditions not being written and not in conflict with the Swedish law or other suitable law. Consumers can refer to The Consumer Sales ActThe Distance Sales Act, while companies can refer to The Sale of Goods Act. The Sale of Goods Act is dispositive, which means that companies can agree on conditions not prescribed by law.

Ordering

 

Orders can only be made through Internet using our web-shop. We do not accept any orders sent by regular mail or fax, if not agreed differently. Individuals under 18 require parental or guardian consent. Ordering done in another persons name without permission, or any other attempts of fraud that could lead to economic loss or other damage will be reported to the police.

 

Methods of payment

 

All payments must be paid in cash, if not agreed differently. Payments can be made online by debit/credit card, or by cash on delivery. A delivery charge depending on way of delivery will be added to all orders. We will not be held responsible for any price fluctuations, which means that the price after making an order can not be changed. Aikidotstore reserves itselfs against prices that are wrong and Aikidostore are allowed to make changes in the price after the buy, if the price was wrong before the actual buy.

 

Receipt

 

If you need a receipt, contact us at order@aikidostore.com and we  will  sent it to your e-mail as a pdf-file.

 

Delivery time

 

All items on our website are marked with estimated delivery indicators. Note that it is just an indicator, which means that shorter as well as longer delivery time may occur.

 

 

We have the right to change the content of an order to similar or better item without changing confirmed price, or withdraw unavailable item(s) from order with price reduction. If customer wants to re-order the item(s) it will be handled as a new order. In case of regret of order due to late delivery, it is customers responsibility to follow these terms of agreement before effectuation. If the customer chooses separate deliveries, each shipment will be delivered in accordance with the specific estimated delivery period for the items involved and the customer will incur a delivery charge for each shipment.

 

 Delivery

 

All packages are carried out by selected choice and charged according to fees available. It is the customers responsibility to fill in valid address when ordering and to keep track on effectuated order at current courier. If the customer is not at home when the delivery is carried out, the customer should pick up the package at the pick-up point within reasonable time, usually nine (9) days after delivery.

 

 

 Declined items will be charged 350SEK, covering administrational fees, freight charge and other expenses from courier.

 

Change of order

 

The customer have the right to change confirmed order, free of charge, as long as effectuation has not been made and item(s) is in stock. Note that order already carried out, for obvious reasons cant be changed.

 

 

Order cancellations

 

 

Cancellation of order can be made at no cost until effectuated. Effectuation is usually done when invoice and freight documents are made. Cancellation of an order can not be done after effectuation and the customer must always receive the package from an effectuated order. Cancellation of item(s) not in store, is not possible if order to our supplier has gone through. A cancellation is not valid until the customer receives a confirmation from us.

 

Rights of regret

 

Customers have the right (The Distance Sales Act) to return an item within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Although the customer must inform us of their intention to return the goods and all costs such as freight charges and other expenses shall be paid by the customer. You agree to return the goods in full, in a resalable condition and securely packaged.

 

 

In cases as incompatability or the right to return the goods has passed, it may be possible to return it anyway. In these cases, 20% of the value of the goods will be charged for covering necessary costs. Sound or image recordings like CD:s or DVD:s are non-returnable if the seal is broken.

 

 

OBSERVE!  The customer will be responsible for all costs of returning the goods.

 

 

 Complaints

 

 

According to The Consumer Sales Act, complaints can be made within two (2) years after purchase. Complaints should be made within reasonable time after it has been discovered. It is the customers responsibility to prove that errors found after expired warranty was there before delivery. All complaints must be granted by our customer service and the customer must be able to prove that they are in possession of the goods and able to send it back to us. We will select proper courier if returning the goods and an agreement between us and the customer will be reached about terms of delivery.

 

Returns

 

Returned goods can be replaced with similar or better if original item(s) is not in stock.

 

Errors

 

Whilst we try to ensure that all information on our website is accurate, errors may occur.  All images on our website are meant as illustrations and can at times differ from reality.

 

Dispute

 

We will follow the directions from The National Board for Consumer Complaints if a dispute arises between us and a consumer. Disputes between two or more companies are usually settled in court and they will be settled in Swedish court under the Swedish Law.

 

Force Majeure

 

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with the agreement if the delay or failure arises from any event which is beyond our reasonable control. Such events would include war, natural catastrophes, strikes, civil unrest and other similar matters.
